Promote-a-Pet 

To go along with our "Walk on the Wild Side" unit we went to the Spartanburg Humane Society to pick out a pet to promote. Our classroom chose 3 pet ambassadors and these students met with me at the Humane Society to pick out the special dog that our class would market for 30 days in order to find them a home. The 3 pet ambassadors for our classroom were: Sydney Henderson, Cole Robinson, and Anna Leigh McCallister

As the project continues we will be learning all the ways we can get the message out to everyone we know so we can get this dog adopted! Here are a few pictures of the dogs we met at the Humane Society

This dog was VERY wild and his name was JOJO, this was everyone trying to play with him

This is a video of Sydney and Cole playing with Margaret, we were going to try to promote this precious puppy but she was soon adopted and we were unable to do so. HOWEVER we are VERY glad she got adopted. 

 

Margaret was adopted !! We are now promoting a NEW dog named LIMA..please if you know of anyone that wants a dog contact the Spartanburg Humane Society.

Also, Sydney Henderson will be passing out flyers and placemats to local restaurants in the Boiling Springs/Spartanburg area to promote all of the 4th grade adoptable dogs.
